Description

The wire-wound filter element is made of textile fibers precisely wound on a porous skeleton. The winding scheme of the filter layer and the shape of the filter holes are controlled to produce filter elements with different filtration precisions. It can effectively remove suspended matter, particles, etc. in the liquid; it can withstand higher Filtration pressure; the filter pore size is large on the outside and small on the inside, with excellent deep filtration effect; the filter element has good compatibility; the filter element can be made of a variety of materials to meet the needs of various liquid filtrations.

 

Usage

Wire wound filter is suitable for filtration of tap water, well water, food and beverage water, domestic water, cooling circulating water, boiler water supply, oil field workover fluid and water injection, organic solvents, electroplating fluids, oils, inks, pharmaceutical products, etc. Nominal accuracy and flow rate Note:

3. The accuracy of the filter element gradually increases during circulation filtration.
