Introduction

This LTM series ultrapure water machine comes standard with a 10L or 15L capacity 304 stainless steel mirror sterile water tank. It has a fully sealed design, equipped with a 0.1 micron air filter, and built-in ultra-long-life sterilizing ultraviolet UV to effectively prevent bacterial growth. The intelligent main control system realizes fully automatic operation, and the operating status of the whole machine is clear at a glance, ensuring efficient and stable work.

In terms of water intake, conductivity and resistivity can be monitored online to support qualitative and quantitative water intake. Users can input the water value at will to ensure that the water quality meets the standard before it can be used; at the same time, multiple preset selections and custom input of water consumption values provide more flexible usage options.

Working principle of ultrapure water machine:

3. Storage: The purified water enters the water storage tank for storage, and the water quality reaches the national third-level water standard.
4. Further purification: Deep desalting can be performed through a purification column to obtain first-grade water or ultrapure water.
5. Additional devices: As needed, devices such as ultraviolet sterilization, microfiltration, and ultrafiltration can be added to remove bacteria, particles, heat sources, etc.
6. Filter element protection: Precision filter element and activated carbon filter element protect the reverse osmosis membrane to prevent excessive load and shortened life.
7. Cost of use: If the filter element fails, the quality of pure water will decrease, the burden on the purification column will increase, and the cost of use of the ultrapure water machine will increase.
